Prototyping
Hold it before you commit to it.
Three ways to prototype.
Quick 3D-printed parts in-house for fit and handling. Machined prototypes through trusted machine shop partners when material and strength matter. Or a design-only package if you'd rather build it yourself.
Learn early, while changes are cheap.
A prototype answers what a model can't: does it fit, can an operator load it, does the clamp reach. Findings go straight back into the design before release.

Design for manufacturing
Every project starts with a DFM review: tolerances only where they matter, standard components before custom ones, and geometry that's simple to make.
Do I have to use your prototyping?
No. Many customers take the design package to their own shop.
